1. How long can I receive the package after payment?

Right now, we offer free shipping, standard shipping & expedited shipping for all orders. Free shipping typically takes about 30 days, standard shipping takes about 15-25 days, and expedited shipping takes about 7-15 days (few products may take more than 15 days).

2. How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs vary from countries and products you’re ready to purchase, but you will be provided a shipping fee at checkout.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

4. When will my order ship?

Once you place the order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depends on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in-stock items will ship the same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes a couple of days to ship. The shipping estimate for each product is provided in real time on product page. You will also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your order conformation email.

5. Where can I find my tracking number?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

6. Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company please email and we’ll get the bottom of it!

7. Your email and shipping address is very important.

Please make sure your email and shipping address is correct before you place an order. Because we will send the tracking info of your order through email. And please make sure your shipping address is correct for better delivery.
