It’s secure, and intimidating, but if you accidentally set it for 12 days instead of 12 hours, you can get a code to unlock it. The first one is free, and then it’s $19.99 after that. So you really have to think about how much you need whatever is locked inside. I’m very happy with mine!

It took 12 days to to receive the emergency unlocking code. This is an absolute joke and a scam. What kind of emergency service takes 12 days to act? By the time the code was received it was no longer needed, because the container was already unlocked due to the timer running out.
Never again!
Fantastic device. Does what I need it to do, and the metal construction is solid and dependable. I’d absolutely purchase this again.

I ordered this stand to help organize my aging mother's computer desk. It shipped promptly and arrived well-packaged.
The drawers and side supports are plastic, but the long horizontal surface is sheet metal. Those plastic side supports simply snap into place with no tools, and the connection appears to be secure and solid. The included plastic drawers are small, but still quit useful.
Having the built-in USB hub AND a wireless cell phone charging pad are great added values to this stand. I had purchased a separate USB hub for my mother to help with her new system, but I've taken it back, as this stand added enough extra ports to make another USB hub unnecessary. It's very nice to have that all incorporated into the stand, up above the desk surface.

I was a bit skeptical about this stand, I wasn't sure if I would need the extra USB ports, although I wasn't aware they would actually sync with my computer and allow me to use them to connect hard drives, plug in Bluetooth adapters, and more.
This is an absolute lifesaver for any student, Streamer, or computer oriented person. The extra USB ports are super useful even just for your desktop ,let alone that you have 4 additional ports for your actual pc.
I love the storage drawers and setting everything up was super easy and simple. Hardly any assembly is required. If you are looking to organize your workspace and /or beef up your computers USB ports, look no further!

This worked perfectly well for what I needed. I was looking for a small stand to lift up my monitor for working from home. The USB ports work perfectly and help connect less things to my laptop.wireless charging helps alot avoids unnecessary charging cables. I love it and will consider getting one for the office when I start working there more often.
The laminate was done so well. I've never seen such accurate lines. The color is exactly like the picture and the parts are great quality. You can tell it was built by a qualified person. I've had many compliments from my co-workers.
I was reluctant to buy initially, but found this more efficient than some of other products for my use. It came with two drawers which eliminated the pen stands etc.. there is enough space under the stand so that I can place my laptop and files.. and wireless phone charger removed one cable from my work space. My laptop have only 2 USB ports, this hub provide 4 more USB ports this eliminated one more cable of multiple USB port cable.. finally I really like the product.. one disappointment I have is ,this hub accommodate one big screen, I thought I can place two screen. Looks I have to buy another one!
